Job summary

Luxoft in Bengaluru, India seeks a Business Analyst to shape and define business problems, capture opportunities, and document requirements across people, process, and technology. You will deliver IT-enabled solutions, assess impacts and risks, and ensure alignment with business needs throughout projects.

Responsibilities include eliciting and analyzing requirements, shaping business cases, managing dependencies, and using governance tools to track risks.

Qualifications

• Shaping and defining the true business problem, opportunity, and associated requirements.
• Delivering solutions that resolve the business problem while outlining impacts and risks.
• Elliciting, analysing, and documenting functional and non‑functional requirements with change audit trails.
• Nice-to-have: Insurance background is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business analysis activities on projects and programmes.
• Ensure integrity and alignment of proposed solutions with business needs.
• Engage sponsors, PMs and cross‑functional teams to manage dependencies and drive buy‑in.
• Track risks and controls using governance platforms (iCARE/Archer).
• Apply Jira and Confluence along with industry best practices to solve complex business problems.

  • Scope & Requirements: Elicit, analyse, and document functional/non-functional requirements while maintaining full change audit trails.
  • Business Cases & Value: Shape cost-effective business cases, evaluate solution options, and track benefits realization.
  • Solution Alignment: Ensure proposed IT solutions meet business needs, pass acceptance testing, and follow governance/risk standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Align sponsors, PMs, and cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and drive project buy-in.
  • Risk & Governance: Track, remediate, and escal key risks/controls using governance platforms (iCARE/Archer).
  • Delivery & Analysis: Apply tools (Jira, Confluence) and industry best practices to solve complex business problems.
