Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions aligned with complex manufacturing finance processes.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with finance and operations, ensure compliance, and guide S/4HANA Finance initiatives while conducting workshops and training sessions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
• Configure and customize GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, CO-PC, and Material Ledger.
• Integrate FICO with MM, SD, PP, and PS for ETO operations.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to optimize costing, budgeting, reporting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and internal audit requirements.
• Provide guidance on SAP S/4HANA Finance roadmap and capabilities.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and UAT.
• Document specifications, test scripts, and configuration guides.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement.

We are seeking a experienced and qualified SAP FICO Consultant with a MBA - Finance/ Inter CA / Chartered Accountant (CA) background and 10+ years of SAP implementation experience, preferably in Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions aligned with complex manufacturing finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, CO-PC, and Material Ledger.
• Integrate FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS) for seamless ETO operations.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize costing, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and internal audit requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities and roadmap.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Document functional specifications, test scripts, and configuration guides.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of SAP FICO implementation experience, with at least 3 full-cycle ETO manufacturing projects.
• Strong understanding of ETO costing models, project-based accounting, and WBS structures.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
• Proficient in integration points with MM, SD, PP, and PS modules.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
