2coms is seeking a skilled Bricklayer (Mason) to join our construction team in Malta. You will lay bricks, blocks, and masonry materials to build and repair walls, foundations, partitions, and other structures in line with project specs and safety standards.

The role requires accuracy, craftsmanship, and teamwork. Minimum 2 years of masonry experience, ability to read drawings, and good knowledge of masonry techniques and safety procedures are essential.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Bricklayer (Mason) to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for laying bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials to construct and repair walls, foundations, partitions, and other structures in accordance with project specifications and safety standards. The role requires accuracy, craftsmanship, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, mark, and level work areas to ensure accurate construction.
• Construct and repair walls, foundations, partitions, pavements, and other masonry structures.
• Lifting, carrying and placing prepared blocks.
• Mix cement and mortar on the job site as needed.
• Cut and shape bricks, blocks, and other materials using hand and power tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bricklayer or Mason in the construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans.
• Good knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and construction methods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual work in outdoor construction environments.

• Gross monthly salary 1,733 Euros - 2,252 Euros/ 1.93 - 2.50 lakh INR Gross per Month , depending on experience, qualifications, and licence categories.
