Job summary

gonoise is seeking a Brand & Visual Designer who brings ideas to life through bold visuals and pixel-perfect detail. You’ll shape how our brand appears across digital and physical touchpoints, from social media to packaging and product launches.

In a fast-paced startup environment, you’ll collaborate with the marketing team, maintain design hygiene, and push innovative visuals that reflect our brand across all collateral.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Design from a Tier 1 Design University/College.
• Have 4+ years of working experience.
• Possess strong knowledge of Adobe Suite, Figma.
• Start-up/early-stage experience and demonstrate the ability to work in an entrepreneurial, hands-on, and adaptive environment.

Responsibilities

• Working on creatives for digital platforms and Websites.
• Working in collaboration with the marketing team for creating high-quality designs
• Come up with highly engaging designs with great attention to detail which is in accordance with brand attributes
• Design high-quality creatives for the marketing team.
• Innovate and come up with new ideas for the visual representation of content
• Imbibe our brand and its essence– and make sure it shines through in the right way on all our collateral
• Ensure consistency and design hygiene across various channels
• Envision and create the right design solutions in known and/or ambiguous situations
• Understand business & technological constraints and how they impact the design process and output
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Be a strong voice for the user and user-centric design
