The LEGO Group in Mumbai is seeking a Marketing Lead with hands-on branding and digital marketing experience to localize global strategies for our portfolio. You will leverage data analytics to create execution-driven plans and work with sales and distributors to drive demand.
You will collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Operations and regional teams, translating global strategy into local digital priorities while maintaining a commercial mindset and strong ownership.
We are looking for an expertise with hands-on experience in branding and digital marketing, robust e-commerce fundamentals and the ability to localize global strategies into actionable digital priorities. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics to formulate execution-driven plans, collaborate closely with sales and external stakeholders, forge partnerships through effective negotiation, demonstrate strong ownership, excellent communication skills, data analyst and a commercial executive mindset.
