About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and brand-forward professional to lead our luxury chocolate boutiques located at major airports. This role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, ensuring each boutique delivers a refined brand experience while achieving commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Store Experience
Ensure consistent luxury experience across all stores in line with brand aesthetics and service standards.
- Work with marketing and VM teams to plan seasonal in-store displays and campaigns.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, packaging, and storytelling.
Sales & Business Performance
- Monitor store-wise performance and drive strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Analyse footfall, conversion, and basket size; initiate local promotions or upselling initiatives where required.
- Track product performance and customer feedback to support assortment planning.
People & Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure store teams are well-groomed, trained, and aligned to brand values.
- Collaborate with training teams to schedule learning modules, product education, and service training.
Operations Oversight
- Oversee smooth day-to-day functioning of airport boutique operations.
- Liaise with airport authorities on compliance, security passes, and operational clearances.
- Ensure hygiene, stock availability, and SOP adherence.
Brand Expansion & Development
- Assist in identifying new boutique locations and expansion opportunities within airports.
- Coordinate with design and project teams for boutique openings or revamps.
What Were Looking For:
- 8-10 years of experience in retail or brand management (luxury, premium food, beauty or fashion).
- Strong sense of aesthetics and passion for curating experiences.
- Excellent people skills with a flair for customer engagement.
- Business acumen with an eye on numbers, margins, and targets.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to work around airport operations.
