About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and brand-forward professional to lead our luxury chocolate boutiques located at major airports. This role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, ensuring each boutique delivers a refined brand experience while achieving commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Store Experience

Ensure consistent luxury experience across all stores in line with brand aesthetics and service standards.

  • Work with marketing and VM teams to plan seasonal in-store displays and campaigns.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, packaging, and storytelling.
Sales & Business Performance
  • Monitor store-wise performance and drive strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Analyse footfall, conversion, and basket size; initiate local promotions or upselling initiatives where required.
  • Track product performance and customer feedback to support assortment planning.
People & Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure store teams are well-groomed, trained, and aligned to brand values.
  • Collaborate with training teams to schedule learning modules, product education, and service training.
Operations Oversight
  • Oversee smooth day-to-day functioning of airport boutique operations.
  • Liaise with airport authorities on compliance, security passes, and operational clearances.
  • Ensure hygiene, stock availability, and SOP adherence.
Brand Expansion & Development
  • Assist in identifying new boutique locations and expansion opportunities within airports.
  • Coordinate with design and project teams for boutique openings or revamps.

  • 8-10 years of experience in retail or brand management (luxury, premium food, beauty or fashion).
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and passion for curating experiences.
  • Excellent people skills with a flair for customer engagement.
