Role Description

The Brand Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, focused on shaping and elevating client brands across digital and print touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing brand identities, designing visual assets, and creating cohesive brand systems that align with client objectives and market positioning. The role involves translating brand strategy into visual concepts, producing design deliverables such as logos, typography, color palettes, and marketing collateral, and working with cross-functional teams including marketing and technology. The Brand Designer will collaborate with stakeholders to refine concepts, maintain brand consistency, and ensure all design work is on brief, on time, and aligned with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to create and manage comprehensive brand identity systems, including Brand Identity and Branding skills.
• Strong Brand Design and Visual Design capabilities, with expertise in translating strategy into compelling visual concepts.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design, including layout, typography, and production for digital and print media.
• Experience using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma or similar) and working within design guidelines.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating end-to-end brand design projects and consistent visual storytelling.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to clients and team members.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
