Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Branch Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements, managing customer service processes, and maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of banking operations, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers for retail loan products through DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing.
  • Generate leads through market activities, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC norms as per company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including credit, operations, legal, and technical for smooth processing of loan applications.
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and ensure consistent business flow.
  • Track and update the status of loan applications to customers and partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
