Job summary

A leading insurance firm in Maharashtra is seeking experienced professionals for a role in business development. You will be responsible for developing business plans to target high net worth individuals and ensuring the achievement of business targets by leading and guiding teams. The ideal candidate should possess 7-10 years of experience in insurance sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team. A graduation degree is mandatory and relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Able to manage a team of 8-10 sales managers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business plans targeting HNI prospects and key performance areas.
  • Lead, guide, and support SMs and RDMs to achieve business targets.
  • Monitor recruitment quality and ensure effective advisor onboarding.
  • Track key metrics like Persistency, Product Mix, and Claims.
  • Collaborate with ABMs/BRDMs to drive conversions and meet goals.
  • Ensure smooth execution of sales and development plans.
