Job summary

Aditya Birla Capital in Delhi seeks a Branch Leader to drive business growth across lending, collections and risk management. You will lead ABM, Gold Valuer, GLO, and CSE for daily performance, coach staff, and ensure branch targets are met while maintaining service quality.

The role emphasizes process discipline, governance, timely follow-ups on delinquency, and a strong focus on customer experience, hygiene, safety, and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive new disbursements as per percentile benchmarks.
• Ensure net growth and tonnage growth in line with branch plan.
• Achieve onboarding yield benchmarks.
• Drive optimal ticket size, renewal mix, and repeat customer engagement.
• Ensure cost-efficient branch operations.
• Maintain auction-to-book ratio and enforce purity testing protocols.
• Resolve spurious and bentex cases within defined timelines.
• Deliver 0–30 DPD resolutions and timely follow-ups on overdue accounts.
• Support recovery actions per internal guidelines.
• Maintain zero-tolerance on regulatory deviations and ensure vault accuracy.
