Pegasus International seeks a result-driven Branch Manager to lead a busy bank branch. You will drive value, productivity, and volume metrics while ensuring superior customer service and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor Sales and Operations teams, grow fee and non-fee income products, and push basket growth across CASA, assets, MF, and other offerings. Graduation is mandatory; PG/MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory; PG/MBA preferred.
• Proven branch management experience, bank manager or similar role.
• Experience in leading sales and operations teams.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with banking industry rules and regulations.
• Ability to meet targets and drive revenue growth.

• Familiarity with Banking Industry Rules & Regulations.
• Result Driven, Customer Focused and Ability to meet Allotted Targets.
• Knowledge of Modern Management Techniques & Best Practices in Business Administration preferred.
