Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Branch Manager for our Life Insurance business in Chandigarh. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the complete branch operations with a strong focus on sales growth, team leadership, and operational excellence. This role requires proven experience in the Agency Channel, strong people management skills, and the ability to consistently achieve business targets.

Job Summary

The Branch Manager will lead a team of Front Line Sales Managers and commission-based insurance agents. The primary objective of the role is to drive life insurance sales, expand the agency network, and ensure that all agents are properly licensed by clearing the IRDA examination. The incumbent will play a key role in building a high-performing sales culture while maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards.
