• Design and prepare 2D drawing of all brake and suspension systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for design of braking and suspension system of all two and three wheelers in Kinetic Green based on the inputs from platform team.
• Design and prepare 2D drawing of all brake and suspension systems with proper GD&T.
• Coordinate with suppliers for DVP sign offs.
• Coordinate with vehicle integration team, Testing, homologation and CAE for resolving all brakes and suspension related issues.
• Coordinate with vehicle integration team.

KPIs

• 2D drawing release in specific timeline
• 2D drawing quality
• Quality issue resolution turnaround time.

Knowledge

1. Two and Three wheeler layout.
2. In depth knowledge of Brakes and suspension systems used in two and three wheelers.
