Job summary

NTT DATA North America in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India seeks an experienced healthcare coder for our BPO operation. The role focuses on ED facility and CPC certified processes, with emphasis on EM outpatient coding across multispecialty procedures.

The candidate should have 3+ years in healthcare BPO, CPC certification, and strong English communication, plus familiarity with Windows PC applications. Shifts are Mon-Fri 7:30 AM–5:30 PM IST with possible overtime and weekend work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare BPO experience, ED facility/coding.
• CPC certification required.
• Knowledge of EM outpatient coding and multispecialty procedures.
• Minimum 1+ year experience using Windows PC applications.
• Willing to work shifts Mon-Fri 7:30 AM–5:30 PM IST; overtime/weekend availability.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Job description

• 3+ Year of experience in any Healthcare BPO _ ED FACILITY / CPC CERTIFIED
• Good knowledge in EM outpatient coding and multispecialty + Procedure codes
• 1+ year(s) of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools
• Ability to work scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST and the shift timings can be changed as per client requirements.
• Flexibility to accommodate overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement.
• Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively in English to exchange information with our client
