Job summary

Capthical Hub Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper with Australian experience to join our team in Surat.

You will maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations for Australian clients, ensuring timely and compliant reporting. Ideal candidates will have solid knowledge of bookkeeping principles, BAS/IAS filings, and MS Office. Experience with MYOB, QuickBooks Online or XERO is a plus.

Qualifications

• CA/CMA/CS or finance degrees preferred; 1–2 years Australian bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with BAS, IAS and statutory returns desirable.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accurate financial records using accounting software.
• Process AP/AR transactions.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist in BAS, IAS filing and other statutory returns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness in financial records.

About the Role

Capthical Hub Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Bookkeeper - Australian experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations for our Australian clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accurate financial records using accounting software
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation and filing of BAS, IAS, and other statutory returns
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness in financial records
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Requirements

Qualification:

• CA / CMA / CS (Qualified or Dropout), MBA (Finance), M.Com, B.Com

Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years in australian bookkeeping or accounting

Skills:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills
