Job summary

BMW Group Plant Debrecen is seeking skilled body repair technicians to join a highly automated, robot-assisted production line where you will identify deviations on exterior surfaces and perform repairs to ensure perfect aesthetics. You will document issues and repairs in the system and participate in a comprehensive training program.

You will work in multiple shifts, bring at least 1 year of experience, and communicate effectively within a team while continuously improving production quality.

Qualifications

• Secondary vocational education completed.
• At least 1 year of professional experience repairing body defects.
• Willing to work in multiple shifts.
• Native-level Hungarian; English or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

What awaits you?

• Work Environment – You work on a highly automated, robot-assisted production line in a clean, orderly, and well-equipped modern workspace.
• Team - Your work will be carried out in a team of 6-8 body repair technicians supported by your team leader.
• Quality Control – You’ll be responsible for identifying manufacturing deviations on the exterior surfaces of the vehicles.
• Repair Tasks – You’ll repair body defects and deviations to ensure perfect aesthetic condition.
• Documentation – You’ll record identified issues, repair activities, and process steps in the appropriate systems.
• Continuous Training – You participate in our comprehensive training program to ensure you’re fully prepared for your role.
• Process Optimization – You contribute to improving production quality and are encouraged to share suggestions that support continuous improvement.

What should you bring along?

• Education-You have successfully completed secondary vocational education.
• Experience – You have at least 1 year of professional experience in repairing body defects.
• Working in shifts - You are willing to work in multiple shifts.
• Language Skills – Native-level Hungarian required, basic knowledge of English or German is an advantage, but not a must.
• Precision & Teamwork – You are capable of working and communicating effectively within a team, and you are open to continuous self-improvement. Strong communication skills are essential.
