You will diagnose and optimize BLE firmware, debug complex Bluetooth issues, and collaborate with global teams to ensure Bluetooth specifications conformance through testing and qualification activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of embedded firmware development experience.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++.
• Hands‑on experience with BLE Host and Controller Stack.
• Strong understanding of Bluetooth Core Specification.
• Experience with GAP, GATT, and BLE profiles.
• Experience with embedded systems and RTOS.
• Bluetooth protocol debugging and packet analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Bluetooth Low Energy Host and Controller Stack components.
• Work on GAP, GATT, and BLE Audio profiles.
• Design, develop, and debug embedded firmware using C/C++.
• Troubleshoot complex Bluetooth connectivity and interoperability issues.
• Analyze Bluetooth packets using Frontline and Ellisys protocol analyzers.
• Perform Bluetooth qualification and certification activities.
• Optimize Bluetooth performance, throughput, latency, and power consumption.
