Job summary

Eternity Digi Infotech in India is seeking a Voice Process executive to handle inbound calls from Blinkit delivery partners (riders) and resolve queries on order status, payments, app access, and delivery issues.

The role requires strong Hindi and English communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in rotational shifts including weekends and night shifts. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, with remote work possible for this position.

Qualifications

• Must have 12th pass or graduate

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Blinkit delivery partners (riders)
• Resolve rider queries related to order assignment and delivery status
• Address payment and incentive-related issues
• Troubleshoot app login and technical problems for riders
• Assist with address and navigation issues
• Manage order cancellation and return-related concerns
• Handle rider account-related queries and documentation
• Support in emergency/SOS and delivery-related issues
• Provide accurate information and solutions to riders
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team or supervisor
• Maintain records of rider interactions and complaints
• Adhere to processes, SOPs and quality guidelines
• Achieve productivity, quality and customer-service targets

• App login and technical problems
• Address and navigation issues
• Order cancellation and return-related concerns
• Delivery partner account-related queries
• Emergency/SOS and delivery-related issues
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to riders.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team or supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of rider interactions and complaints.
• Follow defined processes, SOPs and quality guidelines.
• Achieve assigned productivity, quality and customer-service targets.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
