Job summary

Adani Group seeks personnel to support production activities in its WTP blade operations. You will follow the blade process route sheet, SOP and WI, allocate work per shift targets, and work in all critical operations within your area.

Please demonstrate a strong safety culture, maintain 5S and autonomous maintenance practices, and handle equipment like cranes and forklifts as required, while ensuring proper process documentation.

Qualifications

• Familiar with blade process route sheets, SOPs and WI.
• Commitment to safety culture and 5S practices.
• Ability to operate cranes, forklifts and stackers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow blade process route sheet, SOP and WI for production.
• Allocate work according to shift targets and achieve them.
• Work in all critical operations in assigned area.
• Document as per process flow and maintain records.

Related to all production activities in respective areas of Adani WTG.

Key roles & responsibilities:

• Work as per the WTP Blade process route sheet/SOP /WI
• Work allotment as per shift target and meeting target
• Can work in all critical operations in his areas
• Documentation as per process flow
• Demonstrate safety culture
• DRM board updating
• Active participation in 5S and Autonomous maintenance
• Can operate Crane, forklift & stacker on need basis
• Establishing safety culture among all teams
• Time ticket and material consumption online for every product
• Trouble shooting along with team (QCC) & Driving suggestion scheme with team
