Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end project workflows across teams including digital marketers, SEO specialists, content writers, web developers, and designers.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal team capabilities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively translating their requirements into actionable tasks for the team.
• Review and approve deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and adhere to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and foster collaboration across departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a digital marketing, branding, or creative agency.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating with SEO specialists, content writers, designers, and web developers.
• Strong technical knowledge of all key domains, including SEO, content creation, web development, and graphic design.
• Exceptional communication skills to manage client expectations and team interactions effectively.
