Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in New Delhi, India, is seeking a skilled BizTalk integration specialist. The role focuses on designing and developing BizTalk artifacts, configuring ports/adapters, and onboarding EDI partners to enable seamless data flow across systems.

You will troubleshoot production issues, implement scalable integration patterns, and collaborate with business stakeholders on requirements while adhering to change-management processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in integration, BizTalk Server and EDI implementations and support.
• Strong BizTalk Server expertise (2013/2016/2020) and related tooling.
• Exposure to change management and ticketing processes (JIRA, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of BizTalk artifacts: Schemas, Maps, Orchestrations, Pipelines
• Configure and manage Receive Ports, Send Ports, and Adapters (WCF, FILE, SQL, REST, SOAP)
• Handle EDI onboarding and partner configuration and message processing
• Monitor BizTalk environments and troubleshoot failures and suspended messages
• Implement integration patterns using BizTalk and Azure Integration Services
• Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and scalability
• Document technical designs and assist in user training
• Perform RCA and implement long-term fixes and system upgrades

Job Requirements*

• BizTalk Schemas, Maps, Orchestrations
• Adapters: WCF, SQL, FILE, HTTP, REST
• EDI (X12/EDIFACT) onboarding
• Pipelines and custom pipeline components
• XML, XSLT, XSD transformations
• BizTalk architecture & troubleshooting
• Designing schema and Maps as per customer requirements
• Following the JIRA process and Change management.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve production issues
• Handle SLA-based support using tools like ServiceNow and Jira
• Collaborate with Business stakeholders for requirement gathering
• Architects for solution design
• Cross-functional teams for system integrations

Key Responsibilities*

• Manage manual BizTalk Deployment.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes
• Collaborate on system upgrades, patches, and functional enhancements to adapt to evolving business requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical design documents, for the technical solutions implemented.
• Assist in providing user training on new processes and system functionalities.
• Preparation of Technical Specifications based on Business Requirements for customizations, reports and integration.
