SSN Infotech Solutions is looking for an experienced and technically strong Scan to BIM Team Lead with 4+ years of relevant experience in Scan to BIM and BIM project execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Point Cloud/LiDAR data, and BIM modeling, along with proven team-handling and project coordination capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for managing Scan to BIM projects from requirements analysis and work allocation through technical review, quality control, and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Point Cloud/LiDAR data, and BIM modeling, along with proven team-handling and project coordination capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for managing Scan to BIM projects from requirements analysis and work allocation through technical review, quality control, and final delivery.

• Lead and manage the Scan to BIM team and ensure projects are completed within the required timelines and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate multiple Scan to BIM projects across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Review and understand client requirements, project specifications, BIM standards, LOD requirements, and deliverables.
• Interpret and work with Point Cloud, LiDAR, and Laser Scan data for BIM modeling.
• Ensure accurate and high-quality Scan to BIM and As-Built BIM deliverables.
• Review team output and perform technical checks to maintain required quality, accuracy, and modeling standards.
• Guide team members, resolve technical issues, and provide technical support throughout project execution.
• Coordinate effectively with Project Managers, BIM Engineers, Modelers, and QA/QC teams.
• Ensure BIM models comply with client standards, project requirements, and BIM guidelines.
• Handle projects involving 2D Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, and other construction documentation.
• Analyze project requirements and allocate work efficiently among team members.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective action where required.
• Take responsibility for project-level technical decisions and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Support the development and improvement of BIM modeling workflows, standards, and quality processes.
  

Required Technical Skills

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Scan to BIM / BIM modeling.
• Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of Architectural, Structural, and MEP modeling.
• Practical experience working with Point Cloud, Laser Scan, and LiDAR data.
• Strong understanding of 2D Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, and construction drawings.
• Ability to interpret drawings, point cloud data, and project requirements and convert them into accurate BIM models.
• Good understanding of LOD requirements and BIM standards.
• Experience handling projects from initial point cloud/reference data through final BIM deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, coordination, and model review processes.
• Ability to identify modeling issues and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Understanding of As-Built BIM / Scan to BIM workflows is essential.
