Job summary

Everest Technical Services in India seeks a Civil BIM Designer with 2+ years of experience to develop high-quality 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit for civil infrastructure projects, including drainage and site development.

You will handle Scan-to-BIM workflows, process LiDAR data, and collaborate with architecture, MEP, and structural teams to ensure coordinated models and clash-free designs. Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with reality capture tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of BIM experience on civil projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
• Experience with Scan-to-BIM workflows and point cloud processing.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks, Civil 3D and reality capture tools.
• Familiarity with BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192).
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools (BIM 360/ACC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit for civil infrastructure projects (drainage, utilities, site development).

• Process LiDAR scans and photogrammetry to create accurate as-built models.

• Produce construction documentation directly from BIM models.
• Adhere to BIM execution plans and project standards, ensure quality checks.
• Maintain model accuracy and version control throughout the lifecycle.
• Support project delivery using BIM 360/ACC or similar platforms.

• Work with point cloud data (Scan-to-BIM) to model existing conditions and integrate laser scan outputs into Revit environments.
• Interpret and process LiDAR scans, photogrammetry, and other survey data to create accurate as-built models.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, MEP, structural) to ensure accurate model coordination and clash-free design.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution using tools such as Navisworks Manage.
• Produce construction documentation including plans, sections, and details directly from BIM models.
• Adhere to and help enforce BIM execution plans, project standards, and quality checks.
• Maintain model accuracy and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project delivery using BIM 360 / ACC or similar collaboration platforms.
