Job summary

Cadbricks is seeking a BIM Architect with 1–3 years of experience to deliver detailed architectural BIM models, convert 2D drawings to 3D BIM, and prepare comprehensive construction documentation. You will coordinate with structural and MEP teams, ensuring adherence to project standards and deadlines across international projects.

Ideal candidates have hands-on BIM modeling experience, CAD to BIM proficiency, and knowledge of UK/US standards, with strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in BIM modeling for architectural projects.
• Good knowledge of CAD to BIM workflows.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
• Experience working on UK and/or US standard projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, model coordination, and clash detection.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities
