Job summary

Sourcebae invites an experienced Zuora Billing Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru on a hybrid schedule. You will configure Zuora Billing components, manage subscriptions, rate plans, invoices and payments, and ensure accurate billing operations.

The role requires hands-on Zuora REST APIs and integrations, SOQL/SQL, Q2C stewardship, production support, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams; UK afternoon shifts and 3-day office in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Pune.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Zuora Billing.
• Ability to work in hybrid model with 3 days from office.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Zuora Billing components including products, subscriptions, rate plans, billing rules, invoices, and payments.
• Develop, support, and troubleshoot Zuora integrations using REST APIs, workflows, SOQL/SQL, and Zuora Object Model.
• Support the complete Quote-to-Cash lifecycle including subscription creation, amendments, renewals, cancellations, invoicing, collections, and payments.
• Analyze and resolve production issues related to billing, subscriptions, invoices, payments, and integrations.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Zuora Billing Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Zuora Billing, subscription management, Quote-to-Cash processes, integrations, and production support.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable configuring Zuora, working with APIs and data, troubleshooting billing issues, and collaborating with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Zuora Billing components including products, subscriptions, rate plans, billing rules, invoices, and payments.
• Develop, support, and troubleshoot Zuora integrations using REST APIs, workflows, SOQL/SQL, and Zuora Object Model.
• Support the complete Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle, including subscription creation, amendments, renewals, cancellations, invoicing, collections, and payments.
• Analyze and resolve production issues related to billing, subscriptions, invoices, payments, and integrations.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement appropriate solutions with minimal business disruption.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Zuora solutions.
• Participate in solution design, testing, UAT, deployments, and ongoing technical support.

Candidate Criteria

• Willingness to work in UK / Afternoon shifts.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days from office).
• Candidate should be available to work from Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Pune.
