Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Process Specialist in Pune to support US banking processes. You will act as the primary liaison for Spanish-speaking clients, translate and interpret, and ensure seamless bilingual communication.

The role requires fluency in Spanish (minimum B2) and English, with at least 6 months of BPO experience, and strong process and project management skills. You will help create Spanish support materials and monitor performance metrics.
