Job summary

Mercor is seeking native Hindi speakers to capture and evaluate real voice interactions for a next‑gen AI assistant in partnership with a leading AI lab. You will use a Mac with Apple Silicon to complete tasks by voice, then log and rate AI responses in a bilingual workflow.

Immediate start for a 4-week project. Applicants should be comfortable with structured data entry and using everyday productivity apps. All qualified applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• Native Hindi speaker
• Able to understand and follow English instructions
• Own a Mac with Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) running macOS Sequoia 15.0+
• Regular use of email, messaging, docs, spreadsheets, browsers
• Comfortable with detailed, structured data entry and quality review

Responsibilities

• Use voice to compose messages, emails, and notes across everyday apps
• Direct the AI to generate images, format text, apply formulas, or summarize documents
• Record transcripts of spoken queries and produce cleaned transcripts
• Rate the AI's responses
• Log all task data and upload recordings to shared drive

Mercor is hiring native Hindi speakers to help capture and evaluate real, natural voice interactions with a next-generation AI assistant, in partnership with a leading AI lab.

You will use a specialized version of the app on your own Mac to complete everyday tasks by voice, then log and rate the AI's responses in your bilingual language.

Key Responsibilities

• Use your voice to compose messages, emails, and notes across everyday apps

• Direct the AI to take actions such as generating images, formatting text, applying spreadsheet formulas, or summarizing documents

• Record accurate transcripts of your spoken queries, and produce a cleaned-up transcript

• Rate the AI's responses

• Log all task data in a structured tracking sheet and upload supporting recordings to a shared drive

Ideal Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Hindi (raised/native to India preferred)

• Able to understand and follow instructions in English

• MUST own a Mac with an Apple Silicon chip (M1, M2, or M3) running macOS Sequoia 15.0 or newer

• Regular, everyday use of common productivity apps (email, messaging, docs, spreadsheets, browsers)

• Comfortable with detailed, structured data entry and self-directed quality review
