Qualifications

• ITI/Technical certification in bike mechanics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service multi-brand bikes, including two-wheelers and scooters.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure bikes are in optimal condition.
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake inspections, tire replacements.
• Communicate repair needs, costs, and timelines to customers clearly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Keep track of inventory, tools, and spare parts for efficient service.
• Stay updated on new bike technologies and repair techniques.
