What you will do as Bike Delivery Executive Recruitment

• Designation: Delivery Associate (Delivery Boy / E-commerce Delivery Executive)
• Location: Jhansi district – Jhansi (284001) and Mauranipur, Garautha, Moth, Uttar Pradesh
• Salary: Up to INR 25,000 per month (fixed + delivery incentives, as per station policy)
• Qualification: 12th (Intermediate) pass – freshers welcome
• Vehicle: Own two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with valid driving licence
• Openings: Multiple – bulk hiring
• Hiring Company: GRPL India
• Report at the hub by shift time, check parcel count in the app and plan the Mauranipur–Garautha run.
• Ride the Moth beat after lunch so evening slots in Garautha are met on time.
• Record failed attempts honestly with reason codes and reattempt in the next slot.
• Collect return parcels from customers around Mauranipur and hand them back to the hub same day.

Who should apply

• 12th (Intermediate) pass – freshers welcome; prior courier or food-delivery experience is a plus.
• Own bike or scooter with valid RC, insurance and PUC.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence (DL) in your name.
• Android phone with data, Aadhaar, PAN and a personal bank account.
• Age 18 to 40 – local knowledge of Mauranipur to Moth roads helps you earn more incentives.
