Grid Dynamics is seeking a Data Engineer to lead the Enterprise Data Organization. Develop and manage data pipelines for an Azure/Snowflake cloud-based analytics platform, focusing on ingestion, transformation, and storage.

The role involves leading engineers across regions and coordinating with client stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have 7–14 years of experience in data engineering, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience with Spark, PySpark, and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage a team.

Job description

We are looking for a Data Engineer for our Enterprise Data Organization to develop and manage data pipelines (data ingestion, transformation, storage, etc.) for an Azure/Snowflake cloud-based data analytics platform. The candidate will possess strong technical, analytical, programming, and critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with data transformation, data modeling, master data management, and metadata management. This candidate will act as an onsite lead of a team of engineers based out of Eastern Europe and will interact with client stakeholders. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential, as the role will involve working closely with senior leadership and overseeing a team of engineers.
