Responsibilities

• Drives the analysis, design, and delivery of Business Intelligence solutions within the pharmaceutical R&D IT landscape.
• Combines strong business analysis skills with hands‑on BI expertise to translate stakeholder needs into scalable data models, efficient ETL pipelines, and intuitive Power BI products that enable data‑driven decision‑making.
• Collaborates closely with Global IT, R&D, and QA teams to ensure BI solutions align with business requirements, data governance, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights.
• Data Solutions: Develop and manage Advanced Analytics solutions, including BI Dashboards, Reports and digital solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Project Management: Lead and manage Data and Advance Analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend digital solutions.
• Deep understanding of data quality, reporting, and data analysis techniques; Ability to design and oversee the solution from concept, requirements gathering, through development, testing and implementation (manage it end to end).
• Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving; Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to communicate well in English.
• Strong desire to collaborate and work as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Industrial & Management, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• +6 years’ experience in a business intelligence role.
• +3 years’ experience as BI business Analyst in IT department.
