Job summary

Qualifications

• handle scale, speed, and data driven execution.The RDE Analytics Lead, Associate Manager, BI Visualization will design, build, optimize, and govern dashboards, executive scorecards, self service reports, and data storytelling solutions for Accenture Operations clients. The role requires strong Power BI Tableau capability, SQL, DAX, Power Query, ETL, dimensional modelling, data warehousing concepts
• performance optimization, row level security, reporting governance, and stakeholder collaboration.Power BI is the primary tool, with Tableau also valued; Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks experience are strongly preferred. What are we looking for?

Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into actionable insights, visual storytelling and measurable reporting outcomes. Guide L11to L9 developers on data modelling, DAX, Power Query, SQL, dashboard optimization, governance and quality assurance. Drive integration with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, enterprise data warehouses and cloud enterprise sources to support scalable analytics delivery.
