Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Business Intelligence (BI) Officer to join our Data & Analytics team. This role requires strong expertise in ETL processes, data warehousing, and data visualization, along with hands‑on experience in both on-premise and AWS cloud BI environments. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of modern BI tools and have domain exposure to sectors such as banking, financial services, telecom, government, aviation, or technology consulting.

Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong experience in ETL development and workflow design
• Proficiency in data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and architecture
• Hands‑on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Python for data manipulation
• Experience with big data tools such as Spark, Hive, Kafka, HDFS, and NiFi
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
• Familiarity with data governance, data validation, and security standards
• Experience with structured and unstructured datasets

Good-to-Have Skills (Optional)

• Experience with NoSQL databases and traditional RDBMS
• Familiarity with Scala and data lake architectures
• Understanding of CI/CD practices in BI solution deployments
• Relevant certifications in AWS, BI tools, or Data Engineering

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of hands‑on experience in BI development or data engineering
• Experience working in on‑premise as well as AWS cloud environments
• Exposure to one or more of the following sectors is highly preferred:
