Job summary

RSM's India Global Capability Center is seeking a curious and motivated Developer to join the Business Intelligence team. The role involves building BI reports and dashboards, working with data, and learning from a collaborative team to enable informed business decisions.

You will contribute to Power BI dashboards, use Power Query and DAX, verify data accuracy, and participate in agile sprint activities, while growing your skills in BI tools and programming languages.

We're looking for a curious and motivated Developer to join our Business Intelligence team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data and wants to develop their skills with BI, developer tools and programming languages and data analysis. This individual will work with senior developers, data and business analysts to build BI reports and dashboards that support business decisions, while learning from a supportive and collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualification:

• Undergraduate (bachelor's degree) in Computer Engineering or Computer or Information Sciences or Data Analytics or relevant education or experience within application development required
• 2-3 Years of relevant experience

Technical Skills:

• Experience with Power BI required (internships or academic project experience can be considered)
• Basic understanding of data visualization and reporting
• Familiarity with SQL, Power Query, and DAX
• Awareness of RDBMS concepts, and how data is stored and used
• Bonus: Experience with other BI tools or programming languages is a plus

Soft Skills:

• Good attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Team player who can adapt to changing priorities
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in 2-week agile sprints
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
