Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in BI & Data Management.
• Experience in building and managing ETL/Data Pipelines handling large datasets.
• Deep technical skills in AWS Glue, Tableau, SQL.
• Experience to build data platforms on AWS using core AWS services Step Function, EMR, Lambda, Athena.
• Good experience in processing variety of data format (ORC, Parquet, json, xml) using PySpark.
• Experience in modern data platform components such as Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Kafka.
• Strong knowledge in query writing and query optimization.

Responsibilities

• Data extraction, transformation, designing, and coding.
• Building data platforms on AWS using core services.
• Optimizing queries and processing various data formats.
• Developing data platforms on AWS using services like Step Functions, EMR, Lambda, Athena.
• Handling multiple data formats (ORC, Parquet, JSON, XML) with PySpark.
• Working with Hadoop ecosystem components such as Hive, Pig, Kafka.
• Strong SQL and data query optimization skills.
