Job summary

Infosys seeks a senior BI/Analytics professional to lead consulting engagements, architect data solutions, and drive Oracle-based analytics initiatives for clients. You will guide end-to-end delivery, mentor teams, and ensure high-value outcomes in complex digital transformations.

You will apply extensive expertise in ODI, OAC/OAS, and data warehousing to translate business needs into scalable architectures while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with BI/Analytics and Oracle tech stack.
• Proven end-to-end BI/Analytics project leadership from requirements to deployment.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
• Experience with enterprise data warehouses and Oracle technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements to deliver high-quality BI/Analytics solutions across project lifecycle.
• Review proposals, provide guidance, and assess risks and issues.
• Define change management approaches and client communications.

Responsibilities

• A day in the life of an Infoscion: As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages-from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment.
• You will review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues.
• You will identify change management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms.
• You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.
• You would be a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Minimum 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)/Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) reporting solutions and ETL integrations using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Strong expertise in Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, ETL design, performance tuning, and analytics solution architecture.
• Proven experience in leading end-to-end BI/Analytics implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Ability to work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable functional and technical solutions.
• Experience in implementing and supporting enterprise data warehouse and analytics solutions using Oracle technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex business and technical challenges.
