Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT with 10+ years in designing, developing and implementing OAC/OAS reporting and ODI integrations.
• Strong expertise in data warehousing, data modeling, ETL design, performance tuning, and analytics solution architecture.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end BI/Analytics implementations: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and support.
• Ability to work with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Experience building and supporting enterprise data warehouse and analytics using Oracle technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex business and technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement efforts and deliver high-quality consulting solutions to customers at various stages.
• Review consultant work, provide guidance, and analyze client solutions for risks and issues.
• Identify change management requirements and propose structured approaches for client communication.

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• Minimum 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 10+ years of hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)/Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) reporting solutions and ETL integrations using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Strong expertise in Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, ETL design, performance tuning, and analytics solution architecture.
• Proven experience in leading end-to-end BI/Analytics implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Ability to work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable functional and technical solutions.
• Experience in implementing and supporting enterprise data warehouse and analytics solutions using Oracle technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve complex business and technical challenges.

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value‑adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages‑from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment.
• You will review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues.
• You will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms.
• You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.
• You would be a key contributor in unit‑level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high‑quality, value‑adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization.
