Qualifications

Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in Internal Audit, Process Audit, and Statutory Audit to join our team at the Senior Manager / Associate Director level in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Internal Audit and Process Audit assignments for Non-Financial Services clients, particularly in the manufacturing sector.
• Assess internal controls, business processes, operational risks, and compliance frameworks.
• Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and opportunities for operational improvements.
• Prepare and review audit plans, risk assessment reports, audit findings, and recommendations.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead audit teams, review deliverables, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Handle Statutory Audit assignments and demonstrate a strong understanding of applicable accounting and auditing standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements, accounting standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
