Dynamic Consultation in Kochi is seeking a Senior BHMS Doctor with 8-15 years of clinical homeopathic experience to lead our homeopathic practice, mentor junior staff, and drive clinical excellence across patient care and organizational protocols.

The role requires BHMS with valid registration and expertise in chronic and complex cases, along with leadership experience and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

  • BHMS from a recognized university is required.
  • Valid, current registration with State/Central Homeopathy Medical Council or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 to 15 years of active clinical practice in homeopathy.
  • Proven expertise in managing chronic, complex, and multi-system disorders.
  • Experience in clinical mentorship or team leadership is highly valued.
  • Post‑graduate certification, diploma, or specialized training in homeopathy (MD Homeopathy or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat complex chronic and acute conditions using advanced homeopathic methodologies.
  • Conduct detailed case-taking, repertorization, and constitutional prescribing for difficult cases.
  • Manage multi-system disorders and comorbidities with precision and evidence-based approach.
  • Provide second opinions and case consultation for junior practitioners and external referrals.
  • Monitor long-term patient outcomes and adjust treatment protocols as needed.
  • Lead and supervise the homeopathic clinical team, including junior doctors and paramedical staff.
  • Train and mentor junior BHMS doctors on case management, advanced prescribing, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular clinical audits and quality assurance reviews.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures and clinical guidelines.

  • Oversee regulatory compliance and licensing requirements across the department
Research and Development
  • Conduct clinical research on homeopathic interventions and publish findings in recognized journals
  • Contribute to evidence‑building in homeopathic practice through case studies and outcome analysis
  • Collaborate with academic institutions on clinical trials or research projects
  • Stay abreast of latest homeopathic literature, advances, and international best practices
Patient and Stakeholder Relations
  • Build strong patient relationships and ensure high satisfaction and treatment compliance
  • Conduct patient education sessions on homeopathic principles, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications
  • Engage with referring physicians and specialists for integrated care coordination
  • Participate in health awareness camps, seminars, and community outreach programs
  • Handle complex or sensitive patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
Operations and Strategy
  • Contribute to clinic/hospital strategic planning and homeopathy department expansion
  • Optimize patient flow, appointment scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate on marketing and patient acquisition strategies for homeopathic services
  • Manage inventory of homeopathic remedies and ensure quality control
