Job summary

PUMA SE Bangalore is seeking a seasoned Studio/Production Manager to own on-model shoots for eCommerce, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to style guidelines. You will lead the on-set team, act as final decision-maker, and collaborate with Styling, Photography, and Post-Production to keep shoots efficient and high quality.

• 5+ years in a studio management, production management, or head of studio role — ideally in fashion, sportswear, or e-commerce content production.
• Direct experience running high-volume pack shot or product on-model photography operations.
• Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional production crews (10+ people) in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of tethered capture workflows, Capture One, DAM systems, and image retouching pipelines.

• Strong understanding of target consumers and business goals, with the ability to translate them into the right visual outcome
