Job Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant analytics experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a Product Analytics role, plus proven experience directly managing and developing a team.
• Deep proficiency handling large-scale data and running complex analyses using SQL. You possess the data modeling skills necessary to understand data flows and manage ETL processes at scale.
• A natural curiosity for how products work under the hood, paired with a strong penchant for business strategy and commercial outcomes.
• Highly analytical with the ability to consistently apply the right frameworks and methodologies to solve ambiguous problems.
• A solid understanding of dashboarding principles with hands-on experience building actionable dashboards (prior experience with QlikSense is a plus).
• Background in FinTech, payments, or financial services. Statistical modeling experience using Python or R is also a great-to-have.
