• Minimum 2 years of experience as a YouTube Anchor, News Anchor, or Radio Jockey (RJ).
• Excellent command over Bengali and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to research, ideate, and deliver high-quality content independently.
• Strong on-camera presence, communication skills, and storytelling ability.
• Familiarity with YouTube SEO, analytics, and content optimization.
• Knowledge or interest in personal finance or business is a strong plus.
• Knowing any additional Indian language will be an added advantage.
