Alignerr is seeking Bengali language experts to evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Bengali content. This remote, hourly-contract role lets you shape how AI understands and communicates in Bengali, with flexible weekly hours.

Review translations, flag mistranslations, and provide clear, idiomatic Bengali feedback. You’ll work asynchronously on your own schedule, collaborating with researchers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Bengali.
• Strong written communication skills in Bengali and English.
• Solid command of contemporary Bengali usage across contexts.
• Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale.
• Attention to detail and consistency.
• No prior AI experience required.

About The Role

We're looking for Bengali language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Bengali-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in Bengali — making a real impact on one of the world's most widely spoken languages.

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated Bengali translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
• Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, or cultural issues
• Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate Bengali
• Provide structured feedback on linguistic and cultural quality
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Native or near-native fluency in Bengali
• Strong written communication skills in both Bengali and English
