We are looking for qualified and experienced Behavior Therapists (BTs) to join our clients healthcare/therapy team in Mal City, Maldives. The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree in Behavioral Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), along with practical clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and identify individual treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and evidence-based behavioral interventions.
• Work with children and/or individuals with developmental, behavioral, and learning difficulties.
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate therapy records.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide guidance to families on appropriate behavioral strategies and home-based interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve therapy goals.
• Maintain professional ethics, confidentiality, and client safety.
