Role Description

The Beauty Therapist will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, providing professional skin and hair-related beauty services to clients. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, performing skin care and hair removal treatments, assisting with laser-based procedures under clinical guidance, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety. The role involves maintaining treatment records, preparing treatment rooms and equipment, and following clinic protocols and service standards. The Beauty Therapist will also provide aftercare advice, educate clients on suitable products and routines, and support a welcoming, client-focused environment in coordination with the medical and aesthetic teams.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in cosmetology, with practical experience in aesthetic and beauty treatments.
• Skills in hair removal techniques, including laser hair removal procedures performed under appropriate supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, build client trust, and handle queries professionally.
• Hands-on expertise in skin care treatments, including facials, peels, and other non-invasive procedures.
• Relevant diploma or certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or aesthetics from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and infection control standards in a clinical or spa environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and clinical staff and follow established treatment protocols.
• Prior experience in a dermatology clinic, aesthetic center, or salon is an advantage.
