About Arni Medica

Arni Medica Private Limited is an ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certified medical device and in‑vitro diagnostics (IVD) manufacturer based at the Medical Devices Park, Sangareddy (Hyderabad), Telangana. We design and manufacture nephrology, infusion therapy, respiratory care and surgical disposables, and

are building a full IVD diagnostics franchise spanning clinical chemistry, electrolyte/ISE, blood gas (ABG), fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) and chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) platforms — backed by Class 100K/10K cleanrooms, EtO sterilization and a CDSCO manufacturing licence (MFG/MD/2023/000942).

Role Overview

This role drives business growth for diagnostics instruments and reagents through new‑account acquisition, distributor development, key‑account management and strategic partnerships across India and export markets. You will convert opportunities into sustainable, long‑term reagent and instrument business, primarily through the reagent‑rental / instrument‑placement model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and close new business opportunities across hospitals, pathology labs, diagnostic centres and corporate/chain labs.
  • Build and manage distributor and channel‑partner relationships; drive primary and secondary sales in assigned markets.
  • Drive instrument placements against reagent commitments (reagent‑rental / placement model) and long‑term consumable revenue.
  • Support tenders, GeM and institutional business, commercial proposals, negotiations and product launches.
  • Own the sales pipeline/funnel, conversions, CRM forecasting, market intelligence and competitor tracking.
  • Ensure receivables and collections are recovered within agreed credit terms.
Desired Candidate Profile

Education: B.Sc / M.Sc (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences); MBA preferred.
Experience: 5–8 years of diagnostics sales / business development, ideally across both instruments and reagents.
