EY is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst/Manager for GDS Consulting in Power & Utilities, focusing on OT/ Control Systems (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA). You will lead large-scale engagements, manage senior stakeholders, and shape transformation initiatives for international utility clients.

With 9-13 years of experience, you will drive business analysis, market assessments, and vendor evaluations while contributing to proposals and account growth.

Qualifications

• 9-13 years of experience in Power & Utilities consulting, advisory, or industry roles.
• Proven experience leading engagements across grid modernization, smart metering, customer transformation, retail strategy, and operating model redesign.
• Strong expertise in energy transition and emerging energy solutions, including renewables, hydrogen, nuclear, BESS, flexibility services, and e-mobility.
• Demonstrated experience leading business analysis, market assessments, vendor evaluations, operating model assessments, and transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting proposals, pursuits, account planning, and business development activities
• Strong client-facing consulting experience with the ability to manage senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and provide strategic advisory support.
• Experience contributing to account growth through thought leadership, solution development, and identification of follow-on opportunities.
• Experience working with international utility clients, preferably US/UK
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
