Job summary

Marriott Hotels India in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to direct and motivate the banquet team while personally assisting in delivering high-quality service for events.

Qualifications

  • Applies knowledge of all laws as they relate to an event and ensures compliance.
  • Manages department inventories and equipment; controls liquor costs with banquet beverage records.
  • Schedules banquet service staff to forecast and service standards while maximizing profits.
  • Leads shifts and actively participates in event servicing; liaises with kitchen staff for service flow.
  • Ensures guest satisfaction and handles feedback and problems; trains staff in safety procedures.
