Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations. Global Business Services is recognized for flawless execution, sound risk management, operational resiliency, operational excellence and innovation. In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.

Process Overview

Global Wholesale Banking Operations comprises operations for Commercial and Corporate banking clients. These operations support the business across US, Asia Pacific, & EMEA regions. Asia Client Service process will be responsible for providing an email resolution for all E-mail channel inquiries servicing internal and external clients in the Asia Pacific region. The process is looking at supporting clients from different time zones which comprises of Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Philippines, Japan, and Indonesia & Malaysia FI operational hours and will act as a support site to the regional servicing centre based in respective countries mentioned above. The clients would send their requests to the existing Corporate/FI workbasket mailbox. This would be managed by BACI associate, who would then assign the requests to either Operations Team or Onshore Service associates as per procedures. The team would then action the request and revert to the client. The Service Request is notated in detail and is closed.

Job Description

Handles client’s account/payment related queries for Corporate and Financial Institution. Queries are initiated by Internal and External clients, the scope of which is defined by the In-Country Team. The servicing team would liaison with BAML bank branches / third party bank branches to obtain FATCA related missing information on various documents.
