Responsibilities

• Process and manage fund release requests related to home construction, renovation, and second‑home mortgage loans.
• Review and validate fund release applications prior to approval and disbursement.
• Verify that requested release amounts are aligned with the approved purpose and conditions of the mortgage loan.
• Assess submitted invoices and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with all required criteria.
• Ensure funds are utilized appropriately and in accordance with agreed credit and lending terms.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or non‑compliant requests and escalate as required.
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the fund release process.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient processing of customer requests.

What would you do?

We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model. The Corporate banking /Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business. Banking operations refer to the various activities and processes conducted by a bank to provide financial services to its customers, manage financial transactions, and ensure the smooth functioning of its business.

What are we looking for?

• Years of Experience: 3+ year in Banking operations
• Requirements:
• Educated to Degree Level
• Familiar with a wide range of external data sources and third‑party systems to be covered as a part of the due diligence process.
• Relevant financial service experience, ideally within core banking, mortgage processes.
• A good understanding of effective risk management
• Experience of working with high risk client groups
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment is highly desirable
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail and strong research skills and experience with the Internet and on-line research systems
• Detail oriented, with the ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible to work in rotation shifts, time management, and ability to prioritize and work effectively to tight deadlines
